Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects message recipients, customer organizations, providers, and Twinevia. It applies to all customer data, users, integrations, imports, automations, messages, and provider resources used with the service.

Use Twinevia for expected, lawful communication

Messages must identify the responsible organization, serve the approved use case, and match what recipients reasonably agreed to receive. Customers may not use approval for one campaign, organization, number, or purpose to run materially different traffic without review.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Twinevia to:

  • Send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or exploitative content.
  • Impersonate another person or organization, hide the sender, or misrepresent an offer, affiliation, consent path, or registration.
  • Distribute malware, credential theft, phishing, scams, illegal goods or services, or content that violates intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • Facilitate unwanted lead generation, snowshoe messaging, evasion of filtering, or traffic intended to inflate engagement or provider charges.
  • Transmit highly sensitive information when SMS is not an appropriate or authorized channel.
  • Use the service for emergency dispatch, life-safety, or other high-risk purposes unless Twinevia has explicitly approved a suitable written arrangement.

Technical misuse

Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access or entitlement controls, cross tenant boundaries, share credentials, forge provider callbacks, replay webhooks, manipulate usage, or attempt to access data or resources not assigned to the organization. Do not use automation or imports to evade request, recipient, queue, or rate limits.

Review and enforcement

Twinevia may investigate suspected violations, require records or remediation, restrict features, pause messages, suspend provider resources, or terminate access. Severe or urgent risks may require immediate action without advance notice. Customers remain responsible for fees and consequences arising from their users, content, lists, or violations, subject to applicable law and the billing policy.
